Returns & Refund Policy

1. In-Store Purchases

Customers may request a full refund within 60 days of the delivery or dispatch date, or cancel an order before collection/delivery.

 

Goods must be returned unused and uninstalled, in the original packaging, with no damage, markings, or writing.

 

If returned goods do not meet these conditions, a restocking fee of 20% of the product price will apply, or the return may be declined at store discretion.

 

Products sold as floor stock, clearance, discontinued, or special/custom orders are not eligible for refund unless an exception was clearly communicated at the time of sale.

 

Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method/card used at purchase.

 

2. Online Purchases

 

Customers may return or exchange goods in-store within 60 days of delivery or collection.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for all return shipping and transport costs.

If a return is approved but the product is not unused and in original condition, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used online.

 

3. Refund Processing Time

 

After goods are received and inspected, refund requests will be processed within:

3–7 business days  For Online Purchases and In-Store Purchases

 

Once approved, funds may take an additional 1–5 business days to appear in the customer’s account depending on bank or payment provider.

 

4. Faulty or Incorrectly Supplied Goods

 

A restocking fee will not be charged for goods that are:

damaged, defective, or faulty upon arrival

incorrectly supplied by Linea Bathrooms

In these cases, customers are eligible for a full refund or free replacement without deduction.

7. Additional Rules

 

For fraud prevention, refunds will not be processed over the phone.

If a refund is declined due to product condition, a store credit may be offered, valid for 12 months at store discretion.

This policy applies to all eligible products unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
